i'm not sure if its covered under warranty as i bought this used. I notice when I turn on the breaker "control error" is red

Anyone have an issue where nothing shows up on the LCD and the buttons blink on and off. Turning the breaker off then on doesn't fix it obviously IMG_1429.avi
