Can anyone help me. I’m actually losing my mind with my wooden hot tub. It’s been one issue after another ever since we had it installed. I’ve had an issue with it seemingly taking over 24 hours to heat, even with a booster. My electricity bill is now £250 a month and I now have a leak coming from what is called the heating/controller. So now I’m wondering if this is broken and causing a problem with the actual heating. The supplier has told me to just tighten the collar, where the water is dripping really fast from (losing 2 inches over 24 hours) but it can’t be shifted. Definitely not by hand anyway. I’m sure the supplier thinks I’m the problem as we’ve had nothing but problems even since it was fitted less than a year ago. I can tell by the exasperation in the tone of replies, but I’m so fed up with literally everything going wrong and it costing me an arm and a leg. Has anyone else had these sorts of issues
