It did work on low speed up until I drained and cleaned it. It works great on high speed. Just will not cycle into low speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Need help...spa is a dream makers spa with balboa rs101 control board. Pump will not run in low speed at all. It is now converted to 240v. Heater works with jets on. But pump will not run in low speed still.
