Just wanted to let you know gecko were very helpful. They had never came across this issue, we returned the spa pack & new 1 arrived yesterday. Was working within minutes. Thanks for all your help

Yeah we tried this. Our top side does bot have this function. Have emailed gecko. Thanks for your help

No it doesnt do anything after we put LL number in. Our old pack you could hear it re set (well when it was working) Its as though the select button does not work. We cant get that far as LL number is 1st step 😥

Whe I say the new pack flashes its LL then 22.....not at same time. A red light also flashes in the corner above the 2nd button

We put old pack back on to double check the LL number. Have keyed in 22, when we press select afterwards it should reboot. Nothing at all is happening. It just continues to flash LL22 The original pack problem was we had 1 pump continually running, 1 pump not working at all. The water was over heating. We dont know what the filter cycle was set to sorry. No dark areas on the board Thanks for that link I have sent them a message.

It is ce pack euro market. I just went with what I was advised as clueless. We tried several LL numbers...didnt work.

I have a 2009 arctic spa cub. Problem with overheating & had company out to diagnose. Pcb had failed. Our model had IN.XM unit & we were advised this had been upgraded to IN.XM2. Ordered with local company but delays with stock. Managed to get 1 from online uk supplier. We have fitted it. Took the numbers we could from previous pcb. Trying to enter LL number but doesnt seem to be doing anything when we press the select button. Any advice please? We were told we may possibly need a new topside control panel however it seems to be working. Thanks in advance
