Hello All, I am very much a newb to pool maintanence...so please bear with my dumb questions. I just bought and put up an INTEX 12 x 20 x 48 pool: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?p...rentPage=family And bought the "Salt Water" system: http://www2.toysrus.com/our/tru/prom/2007i...prom/2007intex/ I followed the initial setup for the salt water system (put in the bags of salt, brush around till disolve, let filter run for 24 hours). The 24 hours will be up tonight, so I will find out if I did good for not... But my main questions are concerning after the initial set up.... If the salt level gets too low...I just add more salt...But can people still swin in it? or do they have to wait until the system turns on again and converts the salt into chlorine? I am going to buy a timer for the filter to switch on 30 mins before the salt water system turns on and let it run for the amount of time needed for the salt water system is on (2 hour run time for my pool)..should I set the filter to run any other time? or just manually turn it on when we swim in the pool?
