12 year old hot spring envoy doesn’t get up to temperature but shows green light at 100. Temperature readings are in the 90s. had a burnt out heater control board - replaced, No fault Watkins heater - replaced, Both thermistors - replaced, new filters, no error or blinking red lights, circulator motor runs. I’m at a loss. Next is the main computer board but not sure if that will fix it at this point any help greatly appreciate
