I can see it at the bottom of the filter housing - the rectangular low flow opening looks just big enough for it to fit through. I need to know how the valve is “attached” in the two inch pipe. It feels solid but can’t imagine they would glue it? It would be nice if it “pops“ out somehow...

broken flapper on a filter bypass valve needs to be replaced. Looks like Waterway sells the valve - can it be replaced in place without removing the top side filter housing?
