Hi where is the breaker located please

No multimeter and only 1 pump

We are having trouble with our spa it is signature spa - balboa GS501 when we turn it on from the isolator the 188 comes on the control panel/topside, no pumps running. Nothing at all happening. sny suggestions on what to do or what the fault could be ?
