Well, this isnt exactly a pool or spa question but I feel it falls into this catergory. I am an engineer in charge of a large fountain in our lobby. It made of stone and we treat it with bromine. We are getting limescale and I was wondering what is the best way to treat it. There is about 130 PPM of calcium in the water and the ph is about 8.34 I was wondering if those magnetic descalers work at all.
