BASED IN UK SO CANT PURCHASE THIS

I purchased a layz spa last week set up with a chlorine tablet that was left for 24 hrs before use , checked chlorine levels all good , we have used it for 5days the water has gone murky and slightly green. whats gone wrong , what can I do ? do I need to drain and start again . any help gratefully received
