Hi everyone, This is my first time posting here, because I'm completely clueless. I have a Platinum Spas Supreme hot tub, recently after cleaning it and filling it up again it has been sucking allot of air in through the filters. This has happened before, I managed to fix it by removing the filters and hold a water hose at the pump inlet. This also raised the water level slightly, but after trying that right now. It did not solve the problem. The water level is 2 cm above the normal height, I have cleaned the filters properly. So I would like to know if any of you guys have the golden tip! Thank you,

It is not creating a vortex, I have raised the water leven and seems to be fixed. However, the is it 3 cm above the normal height now. I am not sure if 4 or 5 people can fit without spilling water out of the spa. The filter is closed on top.
