CleverSpa making a load noise only after 1 day

I have the same problem first 24 hours were fine, then the noise started. Took filter off and considering we didnt use it that much its quite green. Contacted clever spa but they have turned the phone line off so hopefully they will respond to my email. Voice 008.m4a
