  1. I able to get the old impeller out of the motor wet end. The impeller definitely looks different than in the kit picture, I am afraid the kit seal won't fit. Or may be if I use the kit seal and its new impeller together it will be ok? Thanks.
  2. If I am not mistaken, it is 50AMP Max, the link I sent, the kit rating at 16.4 amp. So does it not work? I forgot to say, I can very much reuse the old impeller, I only intend to use the seal. But I don't know how to buy only the seal kit that matches. Thank you very much.
  3. Hi All, I am looking for a seal kit to fix the leak of my waterway executive 5HP. I found https://www.poolandhottubdepot.com/waterway-pf-50-2n22c-impeller-and-seal-kit/ and wonder if it fits my model of PF-50 2N22F? Thank you in advance for any instruction.
  4. After searching around, i found only one place having my relay part: jtn1af-tmp-f-dc24v at digikey.com, they don't have a good review generally. Has anybody tried order through them, is it good?
  5. I wired connection directly without male/female plug to make sure there is no issue with burnt connection. It sounds like I have controller issue.
  6. I switched the plug #2 to #1, and the motor #1 works work fine. So the problem is with the controller1? If the issue is with the relays, is it easy to replace them? Thank you very much.
  7. Hi expert, My old spa motor 1 (more than 10 year old) is only able to run in slow speed, when hitting button to high speed, motor hums loudly, and stops after a few second. It has 2 starting capacitors, 50 uf and 25 uf, I changed both but still behaving the same way. The other motor (2) is still running fine, so I don't think there is a problem with water level, filter, or air poket. Thank you very much for any hint what going to fix this motor.
  8. Hi Spa experts, I have 2 jet inserts from my Coast Spa that popped out from the jet openings, no matter what i try, they are not staying in. My Coast Spa is more than 10 years old, and the inserts show indication of wear and tear, but no major broken part. Is this time to replace those? and where to order part. Thank you in advance.
  9. Yes, the spa has ozone, (there is a ozone generator) but no idea if it still works or not. Turnning the knobs of 2 injection valves open/close does not seem to do any thing The tube in question locates about 24 inches on the left of air inject system, near the top front of the spa (included picture of the air inject pipes and the knobs) I tried to raise the end of the tube higher than water level, it seems to stop leaking with motor #2 OFF. But with motor #2 ON, water still siphon off the tube. put the finger at the tube end, seems like there is a weak suction, just barely feel it. Thank you all for your help.
  10. I am able to take a photo of the leak. It is a opened end hose. Even with motor off, still seeing water coming out. How does it like this is beyond my understanding. It does not seem to connect to anything and I can't find other hose that might came loose from this hose. Should I plug this?
  11. CanadianSpaTech, Not seeing water around diverter valves that i know of. Since you mentioned inspection camera, I have a cheap one I think can put in to a good use. Will let you know when I have a chance to inspect around the leak area. If it found to be a jet that need to be re silicone, I will let you know. Thanks,
  12. Hi experts, I have an old Coast Spa that leaking water. The picture taken just above pumps area, while pumps are running, if pumps are off, it stops. What are the best way to fix this issue, DIY way. To locate the source of the leak, should I cut the thick cover plastic? (prefer not to). I am guessing the leak from one of the near by Jet valves but without open it up, i am not so sure. Thank you very much for any advice.
  13. hooking up the back side was a heck of pain! but finally got the new pump installed, no leak! and running well. Thank you guys for giving me the confident to do it. Btw, the pump cable jacks to the main board are loose, no matter how hard i push in, they are not pushed in all the way, any advice? Thank you.

  16. Sorry, I updated my previous question before seeing your post, could this one work? I would like to match 5HP with the original one. Thanks. https://www.amazon.com/Waterway-Plastics-3722021-1D-Executive-230-volt/dp/B000A4RKTK/ref=psdc_1273011011_t1_B0036JMT2O
  17. RDspaguy, Thank you very much for quick response. I noted my old one is 5HP, and your link of the motor is only 4HP. Could this one work? https://www.amazon.com/Waterway-Plastics-3722021-1D-Executive-230-volt/dp/B000A4RKTK/ref=psdc_1273011011_t1_B0036JMT2O Thanks.
  18. Hi all, My coast spa pump 2 dies on me this week, it has been more than 10 years. I replaced the capacitor but still not working. It starts up for a second and stop. I think it is time to replace a new pump motor. I attached the label of the pump here. I can not find the exact pump, can I use a comparable pump, and thank you in advance to send me a link of one.
