See if you can find the original owners manual to download. I have one and I do believe it explains the jets and nozzels.

I sure did! Turns out that I had a manufacturing defect on one of the factory hoses. When it was made, an air bubble formed on one of the hoses. Over time, it got brittle and popped off which created about a 1/8" hole. I wouldn't have believed it unless I found the hole, and the bubble part that popped off! I spliced in a .99 cent pvc union, and I was back in business!

I now have the tub lifted and on 2x4's for support. I am going to fill it slowly so that only the lowest level jet is covered. I will then wait for any leaks out of the bottom. I will repeat this process until the leak finally emerges. This will hopefully help to point me in the correct direction to start digging.

Update: I called Hot Spring and they emailed me the layout for the air and water lines. I have attached them here for everyone to use.

I really just need to know where the manifold is located relative to the control panel. I have a feeling that is where it is leaking.

I am fairly confident as to wear the leak is located. It is at one of the corner areas. I am just unsure of which side of the corner to pull apart. I am trying to limit the number of damaged panels that have to be pulled off. The wood is very brittle and breaks easily. I saw a post from a member on here who said that they had some sort of documentation for the plumbing.

I am needing to get the plumbing layout for an older Hot Spring Sovereign. (Serial number I471862) I have a pretty bad leak in one of the corners. Starting clockwise at the control panel for the heat and lights, it would be around the 2nd corner. This is not the corner with the moto-message. Also, when it is running, I can hardly get the jets in that same corner to work. They do work, but hardly at all compared to the rest of the jets. I suspect a plumbing leak with the manifold. I just want to make sure that I start pulling apart panels and foam in the right area to minimize wasted time and a larger mess! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
