    Just bought a gently used Tiger River Bengal. Filled it and fired it up. Jets work fine but heater does not. Power and ready lights on control panel flashing Green LIM OK light on Red HTR On light is NOT on No voltage at output of heater subpanel to heater. All the stuff I read discusses trouble shooting AFTER confirming that red HTR light in main board is ON but mine is not lit. Any ideas? New main board? Thanks.
