Thanks for your reply. Im just at work at the minute, I’m on a 13 hour night shift so won’t be home till tomorrow morning but bern told this is on the equipment inside “Balboa gs501”. Not sure if that will help. The hot tub is leisurerite spa VS500 but I can’t seem to find much on it either. My worry is Water has got inside as your correct that is moisture behind the screen. Can anybody tell me what is wrong with my hot tub? Bought it 2nd hand. Used it once and woke up to this code on the display this morning and we can’t do anything with the touchpad. Still the sand when we turn it off & on Thanks
