  1. If I was to buy new heating element and connect it with current board would it damage heating element or just not work then I would know the board is bad?
  2. Quick question about heating element. I have a balboa and it has the copper straps that connects heating element to the board. Came outside noticed my breaker was tripped. Upon further investigation as soon as heater element turned out it popped threw the breaker back off. Now there is a burn mark on the control board where the copper straps connect. Should I assume the board is fried or would I be safe just replacing the heating element and the mark on the board will not be an issue. Unfortunately replaced board once @ almost 500 ddollars and heating element is 125. Any thoughts or opinions on just replacing heating element or anyway to know if board is to damaged now. Thanks in advance.
