Hi, I have been noticing this sort of scum appearing around the edge of my hot tub, especially after a water change. Sometimes with age this turns darker and is sometimes a bit slimey. Chlorine levels are kept at about 3ppm with chlorine shocking every week. Could you please advise? Many thanks
