  1. Thanks for the help! I did email Arctic Spa as well and it looks like I can just replace the entire wet end unit with this one: https://arctichottubparts.com/wet-end-aquaflo-xp2e-2011-all-spas.html It will make things easier as well.
  2. Hey, there are pictures of everything in that imgur album. Wet end part number and motor plate are attached. The entire unit is from Arctic Spa.
  3. Hi, I have an 2010 Arctic Spa Tundra. Recently pump 2 stopped working. I took it apart and found that the impeller shaft broke off. I am trying to find the same impeller to install but there is no part number on it. The most I can find is BF and the green, brown, blue, red, and black stripes. Here are some photos of the parts/damage: https://imgur.com/a/DnUnFFi Can anyone help me locate this impeller? The inlet/outlet of the pump is 2.5" and 2" if that helps. Let me know if any more info is necessary to find the correct part. Edit: I think I found the part. Can anyone confirm I have this correct: https://arctichottubparts.com/impeller-pentair-1-spd-north-american.html Also I was going to pick up the seal assembly as well just in case (is this the correct one): https://arctichottubparts.com/pump-wet-end-viton-seal-assembly-pentair.html Thanks!
  4. Wow thanks north_of_boston! That was very helpful! It is in my garage now and I have the sides off. Everything looks great internally, so the sanding/re-staining is going to be the main job. Sounds like I wont need to worry about the power washing. That may just cause more damage if I'm not careful. I'll give the TSP a go.
  5. Thanks for the resources Jack! I'm looking forward to refinishing the cedar exterior and getting it installed. Good idea to get the yearly maintenance. I actually have an Arctic Spas dealer right near me so I'm sure I can get a service contract with them.
  6. Thanks for the recommendation! I think that would be a good idea. My plan is to lightly power wash it, then use some sealant stripper, power wash again, then sand it and then stain and seal it. I won't be installing it until the spring so I have the time. I know it is going to be a major PITA sanding the entire casings though haha.
  7. I just bought an Arctic Spa Tundra from someone on Kijiji for $800. I'm pretty sure I got an awesome deal as it seems some of these are still going for $5000 or so. I't is going to be picked up an delivered next week and I plan to refinish the cedar shell and clean it up a bit (re-stain it and seal it), but it is in good working condition (they were still using it). I'm going to be holding on to it inside my garage until Spring. What would you recommend to do to it to ensure it lasts another 10 years? Are there any recommended upgrades I should look into doing as well? Thanks!
