Help - I have a Hayward H400 pool heater. It comes on properly, but then every couple of minutes the gas comes back on & burner tries to reignite while still lit (the fan continues to operate but you can hear the swooshing of the extra gas trying to re lite). After a couple tries to reignites a boom happens. Guessing it’s the extra gas igniting. This cycling continues for as long as the heater is turned on. No codes. I have replaced the igniter last year.

I’m having this issue but, the flame never goes out. So it acts like it’s trying to start again. Adds extra gas then the igniter clicks a few times. It does this 3 times before a Big Bang happens. I’m guessing it’s the extra gas buildup igniting. Any one know what the issue might be??
