I need help......I have a spa that spills over to the pool. when Circulation is set to Spa mode....there is still a spillover. When Circulation is set to Pool mode.....there is still a spillover. When circulation is set to Spill mode.....the spillover is a trickle or it doesn't work at all. I also notice that the only time my valves turn is when the mode is set from spill or pool mode to spa mode. For instance, if pool is in spill mode and i set circulation to pool mode. My box says that valves are turning...but no valves are turning. If I set circulation from spa mode back to spill or pool mode the valves will turn. But setting ciruculation from spill to pool OR from pool to spill...valves do not turn...even though box says they are. Can anyone please help me as I have had our pool repair company over 3 times to try to fix this.
