  1. Based on the attached image it looks like there is a plastic "nut" that holds the threaded valve collar in place. I'm assuming I need to remove the side panel and cut away expanded foam to reach it. This seems like an odd design for a part that needs periodic service and replacing. Anyone with experience with this on/off valve?
  2. Hi My waterfall valve is leaking. I’ve purchased a replacement valve (73356) but it isn’t clear to me how to remove the old one. I was able to remove the lever and bezel. It seems like the threaded bit should spin off but isn’t budging and I don’t want to force it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
