Sorry ,the serial number is GG3R1175 so your saying to tie the neutral from the main panel directly into the neutral going to the tub ? Bypassing the neutral bar completely

Just hooked up my grandee out of storage , been in storage 2 years anyway I wired it all up I’m an electrician by trade and the 20a breaker turns on but the 30a breaker won’t reset I disconnected everything from the main board with no luck, motors ,heater, ozone, verified the power is good to the tub , anyone have any suggestions , main board maybe ,relay board
