I have a hotspring vangard spa that is not heating. I have replaced the thermister and no change. The heater measures 36.6 ohms when tested. Does this mean it is dead? The reset button on the side of the heater doesn't appear to be popping out even when the spa is emptied. I am about to purchase a new heater so do you think this is the issue?
