Hi, I bought a used Hot Springs Sovereign spa from a friend.  It appears my electrician wired it incorrectly, because the 50A circuit he installed stays tripped.  The 20A circuit stays on.  The spa works and the jets work, but it won't heat.  Based on reading other posts, shouldn't the heat be tied to the 20A and the jets to the 50A?  I have enclosed a picture of the wiring, any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
