Crampy

Hi all, I have a Lay Z Spa Hawaii Hydrojet Pro which has been a superb tub til now. It's 2 years old and has had no problems so far but has now developed an E13 error code on the pump. Lay Z Spa website shows this as the cause. Just wondering if anybody else has had this fault and managed to fix it as I am out of the warranty period. Thanks in advance for any help anybody can offer me
