I have been told that, even though my Prism is not a year old, the water is so hard where I live that I have to replace the filters. My filters for my Prism are 6.25" x 14". I went to the dealership and they do not have them, and do not know what they are. Does anyone know how I can order replacement filters? or at the very least find replacement parts? yesterday my warning light was on my tub. When I went to check, I found these flat yellow pieces on the bottom. I took out both filters because it was saying there was a clog and then MORE of these clusters of noodles, whatever came out. They were only coming out of the one jet. I took both my filters (I have a HotSpring) and did a super soak on them overnight to clean them out really good... just in case. Anyone ever see something like this?
