Hello, We bought and used the type of winter pool cover that can be walked on. Our Chihuahua decided that was a good place to poop over the winter. I tried to pick it up, but know that a lot of it ended up going through the cover when it warmed up, and/or rained. Will the normal opening process take care of any harmful bacteria due to the poop, or do we need to do something additionally? Thanks, Joy
