Dave thanks for the response. I have read and tried to Unlock with no luck. Any other direction I should go?

Hello, New to this forum but I am in search of the reason why my Arctic spa topside controller keeps going to Lock Full mode? The spa acquired third hand so no warranty. The temperature maintains but cannot reset Lock Full mode. Any help is appreciated. The tub is most likely 2004/05 model.
