  1. I have the platinum II spa and it has a different control head. I can't find those instructions (if any) for setting the filter cycle.
  2. "You certainly should be able to adjust the filter cycle time length and as far as the start time of that filter cycle, if the manual doesn't discuss that I'd just shut down/restart the spa at the desired time and see if it defaults to that restart time." Thanks, it did reset the time cycles of when I turned the power off/on. Kevin
  3. I will do that tonight. Thanks. Kevin
  4. Ours have 24 hr circ pump and all the goodies that the UPPER end ones have (maybe not the "top of the line" ones) My manual says nothing about setting a "time" only the clock for the radio someone else mentioned you can change the number of times a day the other pumps run IIRC...
  5. I will give that a try guys, thanks... if you don't know what your talking about, do some research 1st.... that's SIMPLE
  6. ANYONE???? I did not add my comments to stir the pot, just telling it like it is. Now if it breaks and have problems with service, I will let it be known...
  7. Hello all, Just joined and read this whole thread. I just want to add my 2 cents. I am VERY happy with my platinum spa II. I've had it for a few months now and use it 6 times a week. I agree with some here that the insulation inside could be better. I live in Arizona so I am not worried. If I lived up north, I would add fiberglass insulation or something. The power of the jets is awesome...they can literally push you out of your seat under full blast!!! The stereo is better than I thought and the subwoofer is a nice touch. For $4,000 you can't go wrong even if it lasts 5 years. I do have a question....(PLATINUM II SERIES) Does anyone know how to adjust the TIMES the spa goes into fitration cycle? I hear my spa kick in in the middle of the night (right outside my bedroom window) I want it to kick in like 10:00 pm and or 7:00 am. Can this be done? How does it time itself???? Thanks, Kevin
