Thanks for the reply. I replaced the circ pump with a Laing 230v pump which was identical to the previous unit that was installed. Spec is: 73979 E10 3/4" Laing Circulation Pump 230 Volts SM-909-NHW 73979. The OH has only started happening after replacing the circ pump, it was signalling a flow error prior to replacement and I confirmed the pump was dead by removal and testing. Water level seems to be fine, I have never had an issue with the level that it is at before which is right below the headrests. It was drained and refilled with the circ pump replacement and I did start it up when the water was a touch too low, 2 jets were below the water level. I can't seem to post images so here's a link to the files requested. One is a video which show the air in the flow switch which I spoke about in the first post. That union is where I had been burping air out of the system. https://shorturl.at/PZ348 In that video you can see smaller tubing coming off of the flow switch. Those tubes are connected with the main pumps and possibly more, I can't tell where as they go around the tub and I haven't opened any other panel yet. I mention this because I did open those up when trying to burp the lines there thinking it was a higher point in the system. As I was taking the requested pictures I noted that the tub was at 104 when I had it set to 102. Something is causing it to run hotter vs. it's program. But it isn't throwing an OH error at the moment, that only happens when the cycle starts which is introducing air as noted above. I did hook the multimeter up and it appears as though the heater is not running all the time. I am in the process of letting it cool down below 100 and will restart & retest the heater at that point then post results here. Thank you for any/all help

I have noticed that one of my air control buttons no longer works. Could that somehow be introducing air into the system?

Hi, I have a 2004 Jacuzzi J375 that I just replaced the circulation pump on and am now getting an OH error code. I did drain the tub for cleaning along with the pump replacement. What I notice is that the circulation pump runs for a while, stops, then I believe the heater starts to ramp up. It sounds like pressurized water/air starting to form and then I see air appear in the flow switch junction. It sounds like a kettle boiling. This is when I get the OH error and at this point I continue to hear the circulation pump run. It feels as though I may have multiple issues. 1 being the pump not shutting off when it should and 2nd that I have air in the system from the draining. Or, it could just be that air is being introduced into the system causing the OH to happen and the cycle to repeat. I have spent hours burping the air out, maybe 20-30 times, and while I can get the air that is gathering at the flow switch out to the point of a solid stream, more appears after the cycle restarts as described above. I have replace the clamps with band clamps and I believe there are no leaks at the joints I have opened any suggestions on what to try next? thanks

Hi i have a 2004 Jacuzzi J-375 that’s tripping the GFCI. After unplugging all the equipment from the pack I’ve found that it’s the circulation pump that appears to be the culprit. I did also try having only the heater disconnected but that did not trip the breaker, only with the pump off did it not pop. Just wondering if it’s as simple as that I I just need to replace that one part? Or should I be ruling out switches? At one point during the process I unplugged one piece of equipment at a time and when the sensor clip was disconnected it also did not trip. since this my first time with any issues I want to just be sure thanks in advance
