I have a balboa TP600 everything functions as it should except for the 2spd on jet/pump1. It was running on high for heat and filtration mode and wouldn't switch to low. I switched black and red wire position on back of motor now it runs in low but won't switch to high. When the jet button is pushed a second time it simply turns off. I believe since when manually switching the wires the pump motor runs in high or low that rules out the motor. I assume it is in a relay or circuit board or something in controller but don't know where to start. Any info would be appreciated.
