I have a hot spot hot tub that has an error code upsidedown fLOC and do not know how to fix it. Any suggestions? Additionally when I do try to change anything I get dashes on the top and the bottom of the whole display.

I have a hot spot hot tub that whenever i touch anything on any of the control panel, it comes up with the upside down f l o c. Any ideas?
