Ok I added shock to it it cleared up. I went to vacuum it and this time the filter is hooked up right but again everything I vac up came back in the pool by the jet even put it on waste.

I have an above ground pool and I hooked up the filter backwards and ran it for a half day before noticing what I did. Now my water is all cloudy. Did I mess up my filter and can I clean the water to bring it back to clear? Im a first time pool owner
