  1. We moved into a house with an older semi-functional hot tub. It is an "Ultra Sage 9100" made by Clearwater Spas which has has three motors. Two 2HP 220v motors in the back and a 4HP 220V in the front. When we first tried to fire it up, one of the 2HP's immediately tripped the circuit breaker. Whole backside of pump was corroded and covered in a jelly like goo, but the motor spun freely. Unplugging that motor let the system boot and begin to cycle. It'd then try to power the 4HP, which was entirely seized. Couldn't un-stick it for the life of me. We ended up ordering replacement motors for both, and have everything all put back together, but I'm questioning whether or not I've plugged the pumps into the right outlets in the control box. The control box has power outlets for: "Fiber Optic", "Circ Pump", "Pump", "Pump 1", "Pump 2", and "Ozone". I've currently plugged the 4HP into "Pump", The lines into the 4HP come from the filter cavity & inlets at the bottom of the foot well. It line out feeds through the heater and back out a large jet in the foot well. The two 2HP pumps seem to be (mostly?) for jets related to two sitting positions. The part making me question things is that "Pump 1" seems to run pretty continuously. It's the first pump to cycle as soon as the tub finishes its boot cycle. I'm wondering if that really should be the main 4HP. After replacing the motors I used a bottle of Jet Clean. That ran yesterday, but I noticed that toward the end of the day the Spa was throwing a "FLO" error. I don't know if I have the wrong motors plugged in, so it's not getting flow when it expects it, or if the Jet Cleaned junk is plugging up enough of the foot well inlets to throw the error, or if there is a third issue. Spa is turned off at the moment, to sit for an hour before the jet clean water drains. Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks!
