We just bought a house with a Bullfrog Spa (I think it's a 2007 or 2008 A6 - 5 Jetpacks and Lounger built in) that was already installed into our deck. The spa seems to work well but it does this bizarre thing. When you hit Jets One 2x to get going they shut off after about 30 minutes. I've read that's normal. What's not normal is if we hit Jets One again, they won't come back on for like an hour or more. It's like Jets One goes on vacation or to sleep for awhile. We can still run Jets 2 when this happens, but then 1/2 the tub's jets are working. Again, Jets One always works fine on startup, but once it hits it's auto-off timer we can't get it to come back on immediately. We get no error message when this happens. Sometimes we'll get a DR or DRY if we stay in for a long time though. But this Jets One turning off and not being able to turn back on makes no sense especially when the tub does everything fine including the filter cycles during the day and the heating. Anyone have any thoughts on this? It's really frustrating as we'd like to use the spa more. The local dealer was no help when asking him.
