LC71

I just moved into a house that had a spa on the property. The previous owner told me he felt it needed a thermostat and hasnt run it in 2 years. I have no idea of the manufacturer but I can tell you that the control box does say "swiftmountainspas.com" and the model of the control box says "monarch." The box does have a build date of 1/2005. Both those descriptions are committed to memory because when I wanted to snap a pic of the box info, my phone decided to quit. The only other descriptive info I can give is to the controls. It is somewhat horseshoe shaped. A button for the light, I assume pump 1, then pump 2, heat up and finally heat down. I filled the tub 3 days ago, it had about 6 inches or less of water in it before I filled it. Filled it about 3/4 of the way and turned on the breaker, Tub ran as I expected it to, controls worked with exception of the light but I had a FL1 code. I did see the tub temp rise a few degrees before I shut the pumps off and covered it back up, to research the FL1 code. Today I open the cover to find low water again. Had a leak at the light and one of the heater unions. I pulled out my flow switch which is actually a pressure switch to make sure it wasnt clogged, blew into it with my mouth after pulling off the 1-5 psi adjusting to watch movement of the diaphram,put it back in, and refilled the tub. Now my control panel just displays " - - ". Will not respond to any button unless I press both temp buttons at the same time where it displays " FL1 " until I release the buttons then it goes back to the dashes. I tried turning the breaker off for about 20 minutes and then back on with no luck. I wondered if it was a prime issue and filled the tub until every jet was completely submerged, opening the diverters only to have a few bubbles come out and even cracked the clear hose that tees into both pumps to get a small burp of air. Nothing changed after that. I am just left scratching my head at this one since it had the leaks before I got into it, filled it and ran it. Leaks out on me, refill and now it does nothing. Any advice is greatly appreciated
