My 2009 Marquis Resort spa was giving intermittent HH error messages, even though water temp was only 103. Had tech come out & he saw corroded terminals on heater and replaced. Now red light comes on but no voltage across heater. Any ideas? I'm afraid I need to replace the board ($475!), unless there's an easier fix. Thanks.
