  1. *wipes brow* What a relief. I was afraid I was asking a dumb question - and it was. Now that you mention it, the water level does look a bit low. I'll add some this weekend and check it out. Thanks for the reply and let you know if the problem persists.
  2. Hello, new user here. Been lurking on various forums trying to find someone else with this problem, came up empty. Hoping someone here can give me some advice, especially since it appears some HotSprings reps post here. My wife and I just bought a home with a Jetsetter (appears to be an 04 model), and it worked without issue the first few times we used it. I have never owned a hot tub before, and know nothing about them in regards to maintenance and repair. Last night I went out to use it, and when I turned the jets on I noticed that the neck jets were blasting at like 500% -- so hard that the water was being shot out of the hot tub and onto the deck! I briefly tried troubleshooting, and I noticed that the dial that controlled the neck jets didn't have the resistance I was used to when adjusting it previously. It seemed more like it was just free-spinning without being connected to anything - turning it up or down had zero impact on the water pressure from the neck jets. The middle dial, which controls the moto-massage, also felt kinda loose. The last dial, which controls the jets down at the feet, felt normal. I guess my questions are: 1. Is the control knob/dial likely the problem, or is a loose knob a symptom of a problem somewhere else in the unit? 2. Should I just call a service tech to inspect/repair, or would I be wasting money on an easy fix because of my inexperience? Any help/info is appreciated.
