Can anyone suggest a site I could get some help on troubleshooting heater issues on a vanguard hot tub

I need help troubleshooting the cause of my loss of heat in my spa. The reset no the heater was tripping every so often and i would reset then it would work for a month or more then the scenario would repeat. Now the heater will not reset. If some one can help me with troubleshooting I would be very grateful. I have a multi-meter but I really do not know how to use it so guidance there is needed. Thank you
