  1. No. But the GFCI works fine if disconnected from the hot tub control panel.
  2. OK, update - there was no power at the GFCI unit and it appeared I could not flip the switch all the way up. Disconnected the wires from the control panel terminal and re-tested - power comes on. Reconnected and once again, no power. Fuses all tested for continuity.
  3. I had power originally yes. I had to disconnect the lines from the control panel in order to move and flip the tub. I reconnected it, powered on and poof, done. Nothing. Wasn't until yesterday I was able to test and find out no power was at the terminals connected within the control panel. See photo: http://imgur.com/jdpWJeW
  4. Thanks for the advice. I checked the power lines going in and there's definitely an issue, as my multimeter gets zero, nothing when checking the lines from the spa pack. Odd considering it was installed around July 4th and is BRAND NEW. I'm still trying to figure out why i get nothing. I have a GFCI breaker down the wall, and have tried resetting it several times to no avail. I've also went into the house and reset the main breaker for the spa with the same (zero) results. Visibly, the fuses look alright and I'm doubting that's the issue now. Any other ideas?
  5. Thanks, I'm going to see if I can do that later today or sometime this weekend. My hope is I didn't get the control panel wet (in flipping the tub over) and then fry something... but I did have the electrical disconnected and let everything sit overnight, assuming that's not the case (and that nothing was visibly wet when I was connecting the electrical this morning.)
  6. I have an older Thermospas hot tub that was given to us by a friend... it's been a nightmare so far, not knowing all of the problems I would encounter. Electricians ran power to the tub 2 months ago. Everything "power wise" worked fine. But that's when I realized we had multiple cracks underneath the tub. I finally got around to using Plastaid to fix those cracks. I had the tub flipped on it's side last night and flipped it back down. This morning, I went out to reconnect the power. The wiring diagram literally says "ground, red, black" plus I took a photo with my phone to ensure I was reconnecting everything properly. Before putting the control panel cover back on (being a PC tech) I thought to try the power first to make sure it turns on. (There's enough water to at least test the jets.) The tub powered on for maybe 5 seconds then stopped flat. Now it will not power on at all. No power to the control panel either. I checked the GFCI test and also breakers in the house. No luck. I then noticed a 4 or 5 pin connector that was disconnected from the motherboard. The label, I think, said "battery" next to it. I reconnected but still no luck. I went as far as to double-check the ground, red and black wiring connections, but still nothing. I'm completely new to hot tubs, but have owned a pool for years, and have some computer and electric knowledge. Any suggestions on what to try? I read somewhere else about a fuse, the 2 that look like standard fuses (where you can see the wire through the glass) are OK, but I'm unsure how to test the "Bussman time-delay" to see if that's the issue (which I read it could be on another topic here.) Thanks in advance.
