We recently just bought the summit xl 23,000 weve spent , after reading alot of posts and hot tub prices I feel not happy not to mention our hot tub was 2 days old and bear paws were leaking guys came out ..and said there manager said well its leaking only in tub do u want us to fix it? Or do u want to live with it we will give u a 100 dollar in store credit .... pffft I felt so mad are u kidding me ! 23,000 I expect my pool to be flawless. .. I did tell the sales lady and she got someone out when he took it apart he noticed it was ground down and 3 o rings put in with alot of silicone instead of changing it at the manufacturer it got covered ..not to mention it was leaking inside on our motor poping our breaker ... could u imagine if I took the 100 bucks really was insulted the manager offered it .. and now its leaking again! I have had my tub 3 weeks and all this why would u guys do this to ppl come on I work so hard for my money and we choose your company for a good product and this is what we get 23,000 isnt chump change.
