The solar shuts off about 2 hours prior to when we hear it drain and the outside temperatures are probably 70 degrees.

We have solar on our roof to heat the pool. We hear it run in the morning when the sun comes out. The last two nights at approx 9pm it sounds like the solar is draining. My husband looked to see if it was leaking but didn't find water anywhere. He says it is a closed system and has to be draining into the pool. Any suggestions?
