  1. Hi Brian, We ordered 10 solar rings for our 24' pool, based on the company's recommendation, but we actually have room for two more. The rings have been effective in retaining heat, but we figure it wouldn't hurt to add two more. Thanks, Carrie
  2. Wonderful news! We purchased the rings yesterday, so they should be here by the middle of next week. It's reassuring to read about your positive experience with the rings. We're crossing our fingers that we can keep our temperature at 80 or so. Thanks again for sharing! Carrie
  3. Hi Kathy, How are the rings working for you now that you've had them for over a week? Have you seen a significant increase in temperature? Any downsides to the rings? It's great to hear that they're easy to handle! Thanks! Carrie
  4. Thanks for passing along the discount pool website. Did you order your rings yet? We've checked into the liquid blanket option before, but were told that nothing beats solar blankets.
  5. Hello, We live in New England and have an above-ground 24' pool. We have problems retaining heat since the night time temperatures drop down into the 50s. We have two solar panels, which help boast the temperature a few degrees, but it still lingers around 70 degrees (we're originally from Md. and need 80 degrees!). We loathe the idea of purchasing a full-size solar blanket since they're a hassle to deal with, but we discovered Sun Solar Rings, 60" circular solar blankets. We would need to purchase 12 of these circles to cover our pool, which adds up to $250 vs. $70-100 for a regular solar blanket. The rings seem to be easy to handle while delivering the same insulating power as a full blanket. Has anyone heard of these? Do you know if their effective? Any help is greatly appreciated! Carrie
