Got an inground pool, with a suction problem. Have a Polaris 360 and it works fine....had it checked. Brought it home and when I went to hook it back up the pump was on by now and I noticed, instead of sucking, the port I hook the Polaris to was actually blowing. Pressure at the cartridge filter was high, about 30 psi. Cleaned it. Not much difference. Still blowing. Left the filter out, just to see if I'm on the right track....really blowing hard now. What could have happened all of a sudden? Plugged skimmer port by chance?
