I have a Down East by Master Spa. I think my jets have stopped working on one side of the tub. When Jet 1 is activated, the jets on only one side of the tub respond, two seats instead of all seats? I thought they all worked previously. Once I hit Jet 2, the side that wasn't working does respond. My concern really is that Jet 1 only works at 2 of the seats.... Is that right??

After turning the power off, can I remove the jets and clean them with the tub still being filled with water? Just had issues with tub heating (replaced)... afraid to drain and start over at this point.
