Hi everyone, thanks so much for your input. Yes it seems like all the reviews I read it's all about the dealer relationship . The arctic spa dealer I met has only been out in bc for two weeks which makes me incredibly nervous. Seemed nice enough but still not good enough for me. The bullfrog dealer has been servicing pools and spa here for 14 yrs and has good customer feedback. I like how there is less plumbing in the bullfrog and how you pick your own jet packs and can add more if you want. I believe that is the option we are going with. Instead of the salt water system I am going to try the "spa marvel" line which seems to be a lot gentler on skin and lower maintenance. Again thank you all for your input. I've learned a lot about hot tubs/spas in the last short while

We are going to be checking out a few bullfrog spas tomorrow. Looking at the r6l series for 7000$ and an A7 2013 model for 6799$ looking forward to seeing them. I think these are a better fit for our family, more jets, and better price than arctic spa quotes or 10k

I am very new to spas and don't know much about them. I've been trying to do research online regarding them and it all seems like a dead end . Everyone claiming theirs are better etc. I am looking for a fairly small spa. 4 seater. I was considering buying an arctic fox with the salt water system, I am located near Vancouver bc and the only showroom was just opened 2 weeks ago in Langley . I've read so many bad reviews from 2009 etc that its been scaring me a little. But then again they can't all be bad and I was hoping most of the "bugs" to have been fixed. My other option was a bullfrog spa, the dealer is closer to my home and has been around longer. Please help me out. Thanks.
