I have a Dream Maker x500 spa. I have power to the top side control panel but when I push the button to activate the pumps it clicks once. I checked the fuses in the balboa control panel and they don't appear to be blown (I counted 3, 2 clear fuses and 1 white fuse). I checked the wire from the panel to the pump with a voltage tester and there is no power to the pump. please help!!
