  1. I have a 2002 Prodigy and if you convert it to 220v it actually requires a 30A 220v circuit and a 20A 120v circuit to run the heater and the jet pump at the same time. On mine the jumper went between terminals 4 & 5 ant the netural for the 120v circuit ties in there. Then the 220v circuit goes on terminals 1 & 3 and the hot side of the 120v circuit goes on terminal 2. Hope this helps!
  2. I have had the control head out and cleaned it all up, and have tried the buttons with no success. I guess I will order a new control headand give that a try. Good thing I only paid $150 for the tub!
  3. There is no visable damage, I guess I will take it all apart and ohm out the cable to see if anything is wrong that I cannot see.
  4. Hey guys, I just bought a 2002 Hot Springs Prodigy. I put all new jets, and a new heater in it. Started it up for the first time last night. The circulation pump works fine, the heater is working as well. The problem is I can only get one button on the control panel to do anything, and it is the light + button, and it will turn the jet pump on. The top side panel works just as it should. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this. Didn't know if there may be a problem with the control head or the main board itself. Any help is appreciated. The serial # is HQ1D1262 and it had the IQ2020 control panel in it.
