Thanks, this worked for me too. Had exactly the same symptoms after replacing the Ultrapure Plus gubbins. Just re-seated the connectors and all was well again

Hi there, hoping that D1 experts/dealers may be able to help? We've just started looking for our first hot tub and have learned loads from here :-) (no need to wet test, buying Chinese imports from the internet is fine, etc...). We have been offered a used Dimension One Sarena Bay (2010) and the shape of the adjustable neck pillows is different from both the current version and a 2008 Amore Bay that we have seen; the AB and new version are similar/identical, whereas the 2010 SB is flatter and a very different design. I just wondered if there was a change to the design or if there's a different explanation. I have photos and will post them as soon as I workout which buttons to press. Thanks a lot, Ian
